FRRU004-CIZM4

The Conventional Initiating Zone Module (FRRU004-CIZM4) is used to supervise the status of conventional initiating devices connected on an Initiating device circuit (IDC). The FRRU004-CIZM4 detects an alarm condition and reports to the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP). The FRRU004-CIZM4 module also supervises the initiating device wiring (A+, A-, B+, and B- wires) and wiring for the power supply connected to terminals 24+ and 24- to detect an open circuit. IDC wiring style is applicable to the NFPA Class B (Style B) & Class A (Style D). When the FRRU004-CIZM4 module detects an alarm, the module is latched until the system reset. When the FRRU004-CIZM4 module is used with Class A (Style D) wiring condition and detects an open circuit on wiring of the IDC and power supply connected to terminal 24+ and 24-, the module is also latched until the system reset.

The FRRU004-CIZM4 module has one red LED for local indication of the statuses of module itself and its wiring. Normal conditions are indicated by flashing LED. Alarm condition is indicated by constant illumination. Open circuit condition is indicated by extinction.

FRRU004-GSCU

The FRRU004-GSCU module is used to control gas suppression systems. The FRRU004-GSCU is capable of discharging the gas either by automatic or manual. The FRRU004-GSCU monitors manual release switch and abort switch status, counts down to gas discharge, operates output devices, and indicates the gas discharge. The FRRU004-GSCU has the changeover switch which selects Auto & Manual or Manual Only.
The FRRU004-GSCU continuously supervises the wiring connected to the terminals NAC1, NAC2 and DI for open or short circuits and presence of 24VDC.

FRRU004-MOM4

The Monitored Output Module (FRRU004-MOM4) provides a programmable source of power to control and operate output devices including notification appliances and releasing devices. Additionally, it continuously supervises wiring connected to terminals A+, A- for open or short circuits and 24+ and 24- when 24VDC is applied.

FRRU004-MOM4 employs one red LED to indicate the status. In normal condition, the LED flashes. When the output is activated, the LED will turnon constantly. In case of trouble, the LED will turn off.

FRRU004-SCM4

The Single Contact Module (FRRU004-SCM4) is used to monitor the contact status of a device that contains a Normally-open contact (i.e, pull station, waterflow switch, etc). The FRRU004-SCM4 can be programmed in the panel to supervise either a normally open or Normally-closed contact on the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP). When the Normally-open contact is selected, and the contact is closed, the FRRU004-SCM4 reports its condition to FACP. Likewise when the Normally-closed contact is set as supervising condition, and the contact is opened, the FRRU004-SCM4 reports its condition to FACP. FRRU004-SCM4 supervises an open circuit of wiring connected to the terminal C and NO.

FRRU004-TRM4

The Twin Relay Module (FRRU004-TRM4) is a two Form C relay contact that is programmed to activate when mapped devices are activated. Those two Form C relay contacts activate simultaneously. The relay condition between C1 and NO1, and C2 and NO2 is Normally-open connection, and the condition between C1 and NC1, and C2 and NC2 is Normally-closed connection. When the FRRU004-TRM4 receives the command to operate the relay contact, FRRU004-TRM4 will close the C1 to NO1 and C2 to NO2, and open the C1 from NC1 and C2 from NC2.
FRRU004-TRM4 employs one red LED to indicate the status. In normal condition, the LED flashes. When the relay contact is activated, the LED will turn on constantly. In case of trouble, the LED will turn off.
